Discount Shipping Details
We offer discounted Ground Flat Rate shipping. The cost is determined by the weight of your order, and is done in tiers which can be found below.
Most Ground Flat Rate orders will ship with UPS Ground or FedEx Express, depending on what is most efficient. The transit times are the same as UPS or FedEx Ground.
Full cartons may be shipped separately if it will get your order out sooner or save on shipping costs.
Tracking numbers are always provided if your email address is on your order.
The Ground Flat Rate option is only available for the continental US.

We do not ship with the US Post Office, except outside of the continental US.
Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories will ship with USPS Flat Rate and cost will be determined per order.
Orders exceeding $1,000 qualify for free shipping.
When your order qualifies, the free shipping option will become the default shipping option. Transit times may vary slightly based on order size, usually 2-5 business days. If you have questions about transit times, please call or email us. These orders may be shipped using UPS, FedEx, or an LTL carrier depending on weight and location. Sometimes a combination may be used. If possible please provide a commercial delivery address if your order may exceed 200-250 lbs. LTL carriers charge a residential delivery fee and need to be able to access your address with a full size truck. We may contact you if this is the case. The residential charge is $100.
Orders totaling over $1,500 are given an additional 5% quantity discount on top of our free shipping offer, orders over $2,000 will receive 10% off. These bulk order discounts will be applied automatically on our website. Any additional discounts for larger volume orders over about $3,000 are evaluated on an individual basis.
