WholesaleBolts charges FedEx and UPS negotiated rates. Our system calculates the weight of your order and uses your zip code to get a shipping cost directly from the shipping company. Flat Rate Ground rates depend on the box size used, and are calculated using tiers. These orders will ship with UPS Ground or FedEx depending on the order. The transit time is estimated at 2-4 business days depending on your address and will match UPS or FedEx Ground estimates. We do not charge over $50 for Flat Rate Ground.
Ground Flat Rate Shipping is available for the continental United States, and we offer free shipping for orders over $1000 to the continental U.S. This option is not shipped with the US Post Office.
We ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and some U.S. territories via USPS Flat Rate Priority Mail. Your shipping address must be deliverable with the US Postal Service. Please contact us and we will arrange the shipment.
Large orders (usually over 200 lbs) may be shipped LTL Freight depending on the total shipping cost. LTL truck shipments may be subject to a $100 residential charge. Whenever possible, LTL shipments should be sent to a commercial address, or picked up at the local terminal. Please contact us if you feel your order may qualify for LTL shipping and your delivery address is residential, or has limited accessibility. We will assist in making all the necessary arrangements.
Most orders ship by the next business day, some items will ship within 2-4 business days depending on current stock. All shipping is done Monday-Friday, excluding major holidays. UPS and FedEx transit estimates do not include Saturday, Sunday, or holidays as transit days. Transit times do not include the ship date. Ground transit times are usually reliable but are estimates, not guarantees. If you need guaranteed transit times Overnight or 2Day options are recommended. Expedited shipping orders will be shipped ASAP.
Full cartons may be drop shipped from one of our supplier warehouse locations in order to expedite your order. We may be short on stock, or may be able ship the item from a supplier location that is closer to you. Drop shipments will be shipped with FedEx or UPS unless it weighs enough to require LTL Freight. The only time this will result in a greater shipping charge than was on your order is if it is shipped to a residential address. Some of these orders may arrive separately and with a combination of different shipping services.
