Tap Bolts

• Tap Bolts are Hex Bolts that are fully threaded. Tap Bolts over 6" in length will have 6" of thread.
  

• Tap Bolts are available in Grade 2/307A and Grade 5, and they are available in Zinc Plated, or in bulk cartons in Plain Finish.
  

• Tap Bolts are designed for use with a Nut and often a Washer. Thread pitch, and material and finish for paired Bolts and Nuts should match.

• The true length of many bolts can commonly be up to 3/16" short of the stated length.

	Tap Bolt diameter is the width of the outside of the threads.
Tap Bolt length is measured from the underside of the head to the end of the bolt.
